I bought 18 Frog Pins, I did not take them out of the bag till a couple weeks. Then when I Did, 7 of the 18 pins are so tarnished. I tried emailing them a week later she said they were at Grand and would check to see I'd they had more. They have not offered any solution on how to resolve. Will never do business with them again
